Our Movement program emphasizes physical development through activities that build vestibular balance, fitness, gross motor skills, coordination, and the joy of movement. Classes focus on dynamic reflexes and flexibility, helping children enhance their body strength, spatial awareness, balance, and athleticism. The program takes a progressive approach, laying a solid foundation for lifelong health and activity while ensuring that children not only grow in confidence but also enjoy the process.
